This six-month contract supports labour-driven service operations within a large industrial and mining-focused environment. You will analyze labour utilization, cost recovery, profitability, and performance drivers. The work requires experience in financial analysis, operational finance, service operations, maintenance, or mine-site environments.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze labour costs, overtime, utilization, and billing recovery
Monitor labour recovery, productivity, and operational KPIs
Evaluate profitability drivers and margin improvement opportunities
Build dashboards, reports,



and models using Power BI and ERP systems
Present recommendations to managers, directors, and senior leadership
Requirements: Five to ten years of financial analysis or operational finance experience
Service, maintenance, industrial, mining, or oil and gas experience
Advanced Power BI dashboard and reporting skills
Experience with SAP, Oracle, Infor M3, or similar ERP systems
Robust communication and business partnering skills
