As Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing, you will build, run, and optimize programs across onboarding, activation, retention, renewal support, expansion, and cross-sell. Reporting to the Director, Lifecycle Marketing, you will translate strategy into live customer journeys. The work combines segmentation, campaign operations, testing, analytics, and AI-enabled personalization.
Key Responsibilities: Build lifecycle programs across conversion, onboarding, activation, retention, and cross-sell
Design journeys aligning messaging, offers, channels, timing, and customer needs
Launch behavior-based programs improving engagement, usage, retention, and revenue




Run cross-sell campaigns from audience selection through optimization
Maintain dashboards and share performance insights across teams
Requirements: 10+ years in lifecycle, customer, growth, CRM, or automation marketing
2+ years managing people or leading lifecycle programs
Hands-on Marketo or similar platform proficiency
Experience building complex automated journeys and segmented audiences
Experience applying AI, predictive analytics, personalization, or experimentation
Bring hands-on Marketo expertise and lifecycle strategy to Toast’s engagement, retention, expansion, and cross-sell programs.
