As a Patient Support Assistant, you will partner with Registered Nurses and Registered Practical Nurses. You will contribute to quality, patient and family-centred care, with emphasis on customer satisfaction. The position requires teamwork, independent work, robust organization, and effective communication across hospital settings.

Follow hospital policies and safety practices
Requirements: Recognized personal support worker or health care aide certificate
Current Basic Life Support certification
Previous related experience, preferably acute care
Proficient computer and medical terminology knowledge
Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills
