This Staff Software Engineer role combines technical leadership with hands-on implementation across TypeScript, Python, Node.js, React, and GCP. You will help define how AI-powered features are built, shipped, measured, and maintained. Customer conversations, data modeling, and collaboration with product managers and designers inform your decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Bring clarity to ambiguous technical and customer problems
Ship complex cross-team initiatives from design through iteration
Use AI coding tools to accelerate reliable production development
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers




Identify high-leverage opportunities and raise engineering standards
Requirements: Five or more years of full stack production experience
Ability to influence technical direction through hands-on delivery
High-quality production output as an AI-native engineer
Solid communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Low-ego approach to code review and design
Use full stack engineering, AI-assisted development, and technical communication to build Senpilot products serving critical utility infrastructure.
