As a Senior Project Manager, you will support Community Mental Health & Addiction service areas across Alberta. You will develop complex, multi-year, multi-site plans using project management and business methodologies. The work includes consulting, stakeholder coordination, data-informed quality improvement, and leadership across healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities: Develop plans for complex, multi-year, multi-site projects
Lead initiatives from initiation through evaluation and closure
Coordinate government, community, municipal, patient, and family stakeholders




Supervise staff or lead matrix project teams
Use data to advance quality and innovation
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business or health-related field
Relevant project management education, training, or certification
Minimum five years’ project management experience in complex healthcare
Expertise in quality improvement and change management
Robust leadership, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
