American Iron & Metal seeks a motivated Torch Cutter for its metal recycling operations. You will cut and trim different materials, prepare equipment, and maintain safety measures. The work also includes inspecting finished pieces, adjusting cuts, and supporting material handling. Previous metalworking, welding, or fabrication experience is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities: Operate torch equipment to cut and trim metal materials
Set up equipment and ensure proper safety measures
Perform cutting tasks with precision and accuracy




Inspect finished workpieces and make necessary adjustments
Move and secure workpieces using clamps or fixtures
Requirements: Basic understanding of torch operation and safety procedures
Previous metalworking, welding, or fabrication experience preferred
Robust attention to detail for accurate finished work
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to stand, bend, and lift objects
