As a Renovation Specialist, you are our go-to problem solver. This is a highly versatile, hands-on role. You’ll tackle a variety of tasks on residential renovation and restoration projects, from demolition and drywall to flooring, trim work, and basic carpentry.

Key responsibilities

Versatile Execution: Perform demolition, framing, drywall installation and repair, painting, flooring, trim work, and basic carpentry.

Site Preparation: Assist with project setup, material handling, site preparation, and cleanup.

Problem Solving: Identify issues on site and work with Project Managers and Site Supervisors to develop solutions.

Client Respect: Complete repairs and renovations while minimizing disruption to clients.

Safety: Operate hand and power tools safely while adhering to all company OH&S; policies.

Qualifications





Minimum 2 years of residential construction, renovation, or carpentry experience.

Broad skill set across demolition, drywall, painting, flooring, trim, and basic carpentry.

Physically capable of lifting, carrying, climbing ladders, and performing demanding construction tasks.

Positive attitude, robust work ethic, and ability to work independently.

Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract.

Clear criminal record check.

Total Compensation Package: $28 – $38 per hour

Schedule: 36-hour work week (paid for 40 hours).

Vehicle: Company vehicle provided.
