Key Responsibilities: Listen carefully to requested vehicle services
Refer technicians or test-drive vehicles to confirm repairs
Estimate repair costs and completion times
Check vehicle progress during service work
Explain completed work and billed charges
Requirements: At least three years of Service Advisor experience
Valid driver's licence in good standing
Robust customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask with more than one customer
Toyota Service Advisor experience is a definite plus
