YMCA BC is seeking an Activity Leader, On-Call to support our before and after school program for children aged 5–12 in Prince George. You will design and participate in activities, provide individualized support, help with conflicts, and model positive behaviours to foster belonging and growth.
You will supervise staff and volunteers, maintain ratios, and ensure a secure, inclusive space while meeting YMCA and licensing requirements. Shifts vary, with early and late time slots available.
