Matakana Scaffolding is hiring experienced Scaffold Lead Hands to support residential, commercial, civil, and industrial projects. This permanent, fulltime commercial position involves leading three to six scaffolders onsite. Candidates should bring commercial leadership experience and practical knowledge of scaffold systems.
Key Responsibilities: Manage three to six scaffolders across job sites
Organize sites for efficient, protected project execution
Build, adjust, and remove scaffolding structures
Coordinate work with construction managers and other trades
Promote safety across all project locations
Requirements: Commercial scaffolder and Lead Hand experience
Hands-on all-round system and tube and clamp experience
Temporary roofing, stair tower, or garbage chute experience
Strong leadership and communication abilities
Ability to work at heights and valid driver’s licence
