As a Personal Loans Officer, you will provide trusted advice, lending solutions, and high-quality service. Your work includes consumer loans, lines of credit, credit cards, credit insurance, deposit products, and portfolio management. You will balance relationship growth with credit risk and policy compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Provide consumer lending and related deposit solutions
Assess applications using credit checks and financial analysis
Monitor portfolios and initiate appropriate collection activity
Cross-sell products and make specialized service referrals
Maintain member and loan documentation accurately
Requirements: High school diploma; post-secondary education preferred
Completion of required sales training
Three-plus years in financial services or equivalent
Consumer and small lending experience required
Knowledge of lending products and credit risk
