Reporting to the Director, Brand & Marketing, this Marketing Content Specialist connects retail strategy with intuitive customer journeys. The role leads product descriptions, promotional messaging, in-store content, Snack Lab narratives, and landing pages. It also supports editorial planning, agency coordination, campaign development, and brand integrity. Strong organization, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence help build trust with internal and external partners while adapting content for different audiences, settings, tones, channels, and platforms.
Key Responsibilities: Lead retail copy for products, promotions, and Snack Lab content
Develop narrative landing page journeys across marketing channels




Coordinate content development with agencies and vendors
Contribute to the editorial content calendar
Support intuitive navigation and retail conversion
Requirements: Degree in communications, journalism, marketing, digital media, or equivalent
Five years’ recent related experience in content creation or editorial management
Omnichannel editorial and narrative content skills
Strong organization, prioritization, and project management abilities
Cross-functional collaboration experience with multiple teams and stakeholders
Apply storytelling, retail content expertise, brand stewardship, and cooperative planning across Science World’s customer experiences.
