Key Responsibilities: Coach framers on customer relationships and selling behaviors
Deliver high-quality custom framing solutions on time
Review sales and production workload, building daily plans
Manage framing KPIs, inventory, shrink, and safety programs
Serve as Manager on Duty and assist customers
Requirements: Basic computer skills
Previous custom framing experience preferred
Retail management experience
Experience leading a sales team
Ability to move, stand, bend, lift, and reach
Bring retail leadership, sales coaching, and custom framing experience to Michaels customers at the Halifax store.
