Key Responsibilities: Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager with store operations
Coach and mentor sales team members by example
Deliver inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service
Complete start and end of day cash reconciliation
Open and close the store on a rota basis
Requirements: Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics
Previous supervisory experience is desirable
Retail point-of-sale software experience
Availability for retail hours, weekends, and special events
Proof of right to live and work if interviewed
