As Major Pursuits Capture Strategist, you will guide pursuit execution across capture planning, proposal development, and interview preparation. You will work with CAM, technical, commercial, legal, finance, risk, and marketing teams. Your responsibilities include client engagement, presentation strategy, rehearsals, performance reporting, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare interview teams through coaching, rehearsals, and question strategy
Adapt winning stories for presentations with graphic design partners
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders at key pursuit milestones




Align client engagement tactics with account plans
Lead post-pursuit debriefs and implement improvement strategies
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, engineering, or related field
10+ years in capture, proposals, business development, or professional services
Executive-level communication and facilitation capabilities
Advanced project management and solid deadline management
Experience with public-sector procurement and complex pursuits
Use presentation coaching, stakeholder coordination, and capture leadership to strengthen TYLin’s infrastructure pursuit performance.
