Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a golf professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional member and guest experiences while developing their career within a dynamic private club setting. Working closely with the Head Golf Professional and leadership team, the Assistant Golf Professional will play a key role in the daily operation of the golf department, member engagement, tournament execution, instructional programming, and golf shop management.

Responsibilities

Responsible for day-to-day operations of the pro-shop and outside golf services.

OverseeOutside Golf Services Staff daily.





Train &Mentor; Golf Services Staff.

Ensure Club Service Goals are met.

Providing and Delivering Exceptional Member Services.

Pro Shop sales and merchandising.

Willingness to learn and grow as a Golf Professional.

Assist withweekly leagues, and Member events.

Qualifications

Must have strong leadership skills.

PGA of Canada Member in good standing or actively pursuing PGA of Canada membership.

Previous experience in golf operations, golf retail, instruction, or tournament administration preferred.

Positive and outgoing personality.

Familiar with basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office platforms.

Committed to working in a team environment.

Attention to detail.

Solid multi-tasking skills.

Retail sales experience is considered an asset.

Compensation
