As a Field Operations Associate, you will serve customer accounts through KeepStock and branch activities. The work includes scanning depleted inventory, organizing customer locations, completing spot buys, and maintaining product availability. You will also support sales, transactions, product knowledge, and customer updates.
Key Responsibilities: Scan inventory and replenish customer locations as needed
Verify labels and quantities at customer inventory locations
Meet scheduled contacts to assess customer needs
Provide product substitutions and service updates




Document procedures and identify productivity improvements
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required
One or more years of retail, selling, or customer service experience
Self-motivated approach with dedication to service and sales growth
Solid judgment and independent problem-solving skills
Successful completion of required initial and ongoing training
Bring organization, communication, and inventory service skills to KeepStock accounts and branch customers throughout Victoria.
