As a full-time Creative and Content Coordinator Contractor, you will produce content for Wester-Land, 505 University, Brown’s Court, Mojave, Gosier, and College & Wiggs. Your work supports current leases through weekly Meta creative, testing, social video, YouTube content, and SEO articles. You will plan shoots, edit footage, maintain calendars, and prepare files for launch.
Key Responsibilities: Produce weekly Meta videos, images, carousels, and copy variations
Test hooks, offers, formats, and thumbnails with Tara
Apply UTM tags and maintain the shared advertising tag sheet
Edit and repurpose room tours,



walkthroughs, and resident stories
Write or edit SEO articles for active markets
Requirements: Two or more years producing paid social creative
Portfolio showing advertisements and delivered results
Fast video editing with CapCut, Premiere, or similar
Canva or Adobe experience for static creative
Current USask student or recent graduate preferred
Use paid social testing, video editing, and copywriting to keep student-housing creative fresh across the portfolio.
