Represent UniFirst Canada on a dedicated route while delivering garments, managing customer relationships, and identifying sales opportunities each day.
As a Route Service Representative, you serve as UniFirst’s customer-facing representative while working independently in a field-based service role. You will manage deliveries and pickups, troubleshoot service issues, introduce products, and maintain reliable customer connections. The schedule is Monday through Friday during daytime hours, with no nights or weekends.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver and pick up garments and products daily
Operate company walk-in trucks along designated routes
Build customer relationships and address service needs
Identify upselling opportunities and grow assigned routes
Manage inventory and troubleshoot service issues
Requirements: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
At least 21 years old with reliable transportation
High school diploma or CAEC required
Solid customer service and communication skills
Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds
Bring dependable driving, customer service, route management, and sales skills to UniFirst’s customer-focused field service team.
