Key Responsibilities: Lead sales floor interactions and resolve customer concerns
Coach and develop employees through ongoing training
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and loss prevention
Maintain clean, consistent, and welcoming merchandising presentation




Communicate priorities and action plans with management
Requirements: Six months supervisory or leadership experience in retail
Passion for fashion and knowledge of fashion trends
Customer-focused approach creating welcoming shopping experiences
Proficiency with POS, ERP, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to stand, lift 40 pounds, and use step ladders
Apply fashion sense, coaching ability, and retail operations knowledge while guiding Reitmans teams toward stronger customer experiences.
