As Food Services Supervisor, you will lead dietary operations within Muskoka Shores Community. The work includes food production, purchasing, inventory control, menu compliance, and meal service. You will also collaborate with the home's Dietitian on operational and clinical issues.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise food and drink production, purchases, receiving, and inventory
Implement and follow departmental production sheets
Ensure recommended menu packages are followed
Inspect kitchens, serveries, and dining areas daily




Approve invoices and maintain required temperature records
Requirements: Current Canadian Society of Nutrition Management membership
Ontario Society of Nutrition Management membership or eligibility
Minimum one year large-quantity food preparation experience
Experience with financial planning and food purchasing
Supervisory experience in unionized or long-term care settings
