Raise is hiring two Procurement Administrators for its client’s Supply Chain Service Center. Reporting to a Supply Chain leader, you will support Business Units through purchase requisitions, purchase orders, receiving, invoicing, and purchase order lifecycle management. The four-month contract runs from November 17, 2026, through March 31, 2027. The position requires accurate transaction execution within established service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities: Create, monitor, and amend purchase requisitions
Create and approve purchase orders within commit authority




Transmit approved orders and link supporting documentation
Resolve invoice issues and purchase order imbalances
Respond to Business Unit and vendor inquiries
Requirements: Two or more years of related business experience
Understanding of Procure to Pay processes
Experience with SAP MM, SAP, or Microsoft Office
Detailed, accurate, and independently organized work style
Solid communication and time management skills
Apply SAP MM, purchasing accuracy, and Procure to Pay knowledge while supporting Calgary’s Supply Chain Service Center.
