Build customer confidence with TD through digital education, banking advice, and service transactions in an onsite Bowmanville branch.
As a Personal Banking Associate Trainee, you will help customers with current accounts, investment advice, and banking solutions. You will resolve banking questions, recognize needs, and refer customers to appropriate staff or internal partners. Training and mobility within the assigned district are part of this employment.
Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day advice and customer problem resolution
Explain digital banking trends and available banking tools
Identify needs and refer customers appropriately
Report non-standard matters and critical issues to management




Recommend improvements supporting branch operations and customer experience
Requirements: High School diploma and relevant experience preferred
Preferred post-secondary or undergraduate degree in related field
Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
Effective verbal and written customer communication skills
Mobility within the assigned district after training
Bring sound judgment, customer experience skills, and banking knowledge to TD’s branch-based trainee position in Bowmanville.
