This working leader supervises the reminiscence team, champions the designated care manager model and ensures excellence in dementia programming and family engagement.What You’ll Do:• Supervise and support the reminiscence team in daily care and operations• Assist with staffing, scheduling and timekeeping oversight• Provide direct resident care and support Life Skills programming• Monitor resident condition changes and escalate concerns appropriately• Support family meetings, education sessions and monthly support groups• Assist with ISPs,
