Webber is hiring seasonal Snow Plow and Equipment Operators for road maintenance, snow removal, and emergency response. New drivers are welcome, while experienced equipment operators can support highways, bridges, signs, and guardrails. The position includes rotations during evenings, weekends, and holidays, with summer road maintenance opportunities also available.
Key Responsibilities: Operate snowplows and sanding equipment
Support road maintenance and snow removal
Maintain highways, bridges, signs, and guardrails
Participate in emergency response rotations
Work across GTA roadways
Requirements: Hold an AZ or DZ driver’s licence
Bring equipment operating experience, or apply as a current driver
Work safely and reliably
Remain available evenings, weekends, and holidays
Attend onsite paid training
Bring AZ or DZ driving skills and reliable equipment operation to Webber’s seasonal infrastructure management work across the GTA.
