Central Alberta Co-op seeks a Liquor Supervisor for 40 hours weekly at its Spruce View location. You will guide customers, support team members, manage merchandise, and help achieve department goals. The position includes weekday and weekend mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
Key Responsibilities: Greet customers in a friendly manner
Provide service and help reduce theft and loss
Assist with team member management and point-of-sale operations
Receive, display, and promote merchandise carefully
Support department organization and policy compliance
Requirements: Be at least 18 years old
Hold valid ProServe certification
Bring strong customer service and communication skills
Have a preferred high school diploma
Lift 50 pounds consecutively when unloading pallets
