Amica Senior Lifestyles seeks a Life Enrichment Assistant to deliver personalized opportunities and engaging experiences for residents. You will help facilitate programs and events, communicate daily activities, build connections, and support administrative work. The position also includes driving residents on community outings.
Key Responsibilities: Support delivery and facilitation of programs and events
Create daily activity communications for residents
Build connections with residents, families, and team members
Drive the bus for community outings
Support completion of administrative tasks
Requirements: Related gerontology, recreation, sociology, or psychology education preferred
Knowledge of wellness dimensions and programming adaptations
Valid driver's license or willingness to obtain required license
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Robust interpersonal, communication, and computer skills
