This entry-level management role supports employees and oversees daily activity at the client site. Responsibilities require leadership, organization, administration, and problem-solving. The schedule starts at 8:00 PM or 9:00 PM and ends at 4:00 AM or 5:00 AM, depending on operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise warehouse operations and productivity targets
Lead, coach, and support warehouse associates
Monitor workflow, staffing, attendance, and performance
Ensure policy and health and safety compliance
Prepare reports and communicate management updates
Requirements: Previous supervision or warehouse operations experience is an asset
Strong people management and leadership skills
Experience with KPI reporting is an asset
Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills
Reliable transportation and extensive-walking comfort required
