The Train Conductor works within a two- or three-person crew, supporting train movement in rail yards and on the road. This unionized position includes intensive paid training, safety exams, field training, and subsequent Locomotive Engineer qualification. Key Responsibilities: Assemble and dismantle trains in rail yards
Pick up and set off rail cars on-route

Requirements: High School Diploma or General Educational Development
College, vocational, or technical school completion preferred
