As a Health Care Aide, you will work with a multidisciplinary team across patient care settings. The position supports short-term assistance or ongoing needs through activities of daily living, routine care, and services guided by care plans. You will communicate with patients, families, caregivers, nurses, and health care professionals while supporting patient safety and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities: Provide personal assistance according to patient care plans
Deliver support services to patients requiring assistance
Assist nurses with routine care activities




Communicate effectively with patients and health care professionals
Support patient safety under regulated skilled supervision
Requirements: CLHA registration or eligibility as a Health Care Aide
Proof of education or certificate within 18 months of hire
Physical ability to lift weights up to 25 kilograms
General computer skills preferred
Connect Care experience preferred
