Sienna Senior Living seeks an RPN to provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care supporting residents’ health, safety, and overall well-being. You will promote self-care, adaptation, abilities, wellness, and preventative education while treating the whole person. Accurate documentation and timely follow-up remain central to this work.
Key Responsibilities: Promote resident self-care, self-sufficiency, and wellness
Provide preventative health education focused on whole-person care
Complete RAPS and individualized care plans within required timeframes
Follow up on concerns and complaints from clients and families




Seek assistance from the Registered Nurse or designate when needed
Requirements: Current registration as an RPN with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Minimum one year of geriatric nursing, healthcare, or rehabilitation experience
Robust documentation and communication skills
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and Medication Administration Certificates
Legal eligibility to work in Canada and successful Vulnerable Sector Check
