Operate forklifts at RONA’s distribution center, using safety focus and technical skills to support receiving, loading, and product handling operations.
As a Forklift Operator, you will load, unload, and store products according to standards. You will inspect equipment, loads, and products while reporting issues, then prepare accurate orders and record returns or stock adjustments. The work also includes warehouse and yard maintenance, teamwork, and SMART customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Operate forklifts for loading, unloading, and product storage
Inspect equipment, loads, and products for compliance
Prepare and assemble orders accurately
Maintain clean, secure warehouse and yard areas
Record returns and stock adjustments in systems
Requirements: Capacity for continuous physical work and lifting up to 23 kg
Ability to work in varied outdoor conditions
Strong organization, attention to detail, and adaptability
Effective communication, teamwork, and task autonomy
Familiarity with materials and stock management procedures
Support RONA’s distribution operations through safe forklift handling, accurate order preparation, stock control, and dependable teamwork.
