Support Goodwill employees through career coaching, case-managed assistance, and mental-health programming in a permanent, full-time position.
The Employee Coach works with employees across the assigned region to strengthen career and personal development. This Goodwill position involves career planning, community-resource access, employee workshops, and collaboration with location management. You will also help promote development initiatives, support benefits access, and identify trends affecting team members.
Key Responsibilities: Work one-on-one with employees on development goals
Support career planning inside and beyond Goodwill
Facilitate educational workshops and training opportunities
Promote health, wellness, and employee development initiatives




Identify location trends to support management and employees
Requirements: Degree or diploma in Social Work or social services
Minimum three years supporting individuals with disabilities or barriers
Robust knowledge of community-based transition resources
Professional coaching training or certification is an asset
Ability to secure a Vulnerable Sector Screening result
Use employee coaching, career planning, and resource navigation skills to strengthen development across Goodwill’s assigned region.
