Key Responsibilities: Coordinate designs with professional disciplines through project phases
Integrate architectural design within building component layouts
Evaluate zoning requirements, site conditions, and constraints




Coordinate technical information and prepare project specifications
Review shop drawings against documents, codes, and quality controls
Requirements: Related post-secondary education successfully completed
Seven to ten years of project work experience
Engineering knowledge covering building mechanical systems
Familiarity with architectural design concepts and building codes
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP
Support NORR projects with coordinated mechanical design, code awareness, field evaluation, and technical documentation expertise.
