The Product Operations Coordinator reports to the Manager, Product and connects vendors with internal teams. The role covers SKU management, product specifications, packaging information, and channel setup. It suits candidates with one to three years in product management, development, sourcing, merchandising, or a related discipline.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate sampling, channel setup, launches, and post-launch updates
Collect SKU, dimension, weight, material, and packaging details
Track packaging, specifications, variants, and product page changes
Maintain accurate trackers, databases,



and shared product documents
Audit source data and communicate with vendors about missing details
Requirements: One to three years of relevant product experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
Proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets
Solid attention to detail and accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
