This Maintenance Technician performs technical and mechanical work across a 340-unit property. The position covers work orders, preventative maintenance, make-ready preparation, inventory tracking, documentation, grounds care, and safety compliance. One to two years of maintenance experience is required.
Key Responsibilities: Complete resident work orders and preventative maintenance repairs
Prepare vacant apartments through inspections, punch lists, and repairs
Track maintenance inventory and notify supervisors about reordering needs
Document service requests accurately and promptly




Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities
Requirements: One to two years of maintenance experience
Weekend availability and Thursday through Monday scheduling
On-call availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather
Required state and local certifications; EPA certification where applicable
Support Greystar residents and property standards through reliable repairs, make-ready work, documentation, and preventative maintenance.
