This Food Services Attendant supports Patient Food Services 6 within St. Boniface Hospital. You will prepare, portion, assemble, label, and distribute patient meals according to defined requirements. The position also includes stocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and supporting Quality Assurance Programs.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and assemble patient meal service safely
Assemble meal trays according to tickets and portions
Prepare and portion food using charts and labels
Stock supplies and deliver labeled carts
Clean and sanitize equipment and service areas
Requirements: Previous food service experience
Minimum Grade 10, Manitoba Standards
Valid Food Handlers Certificate
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
