As a Facility Maintenance Technician with CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures, you will maintain buildings, grounds, equipment, and core systems. The role includes preventative maintenance, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, power generation, and water systems. You will use maintenance management software, communicate with vendors, and support operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain buildings, grounds, equipment, and core facility systems
Perform preventative, custodial, snow removal, and cleaning duties
Manage facility records and logs through maintenance software




Prioritize projects and supervise contractors or suppliers onsite
Respond to facility emergencies and operational issues
Requirements: Three to five years of building maintenance experience
Related post-secondary education and relevant trade apprenticeship preferred
Occupational First Aid Level 1 with Transport
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to work independently in remote wilderness locations
Apply building maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety skills while supporting CMH lodge operations near Radium year-round.
