JLL is hiring a Senior Property Accountant to prepare accurate reports and strengthen financial controls across assigned properties. The role includes reconciliations, accruals, GST/QST filing documents, common area certificates, and annual statements. You will liaise with joint owners, operations teams, treasury, property services, and property financial administration while supporting process harmonization.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare reconciliations, accruals, and adjustment entries
Issue common area certificates and annual financial statements
Prepare GST/QST-related filing documentation




Assemble year-end audit materials for external auditors
Liaise with owners and cross-functional property stakeholders
Requirements: Strong analytical skills for complex financial information
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong communication and interpersonal collaboration skills
Three to five years of general accounting experience
Yardi knowledge and bilingual French are preferred
