This position develops rapport with BMO customers and prospects while addressing delinquent and high-risk accounts. You will understand customer needs, recommend suitable payment strategies, and provide collections-related sales and service. You will also maintain relationships and identify referrals.

Requirements: Typically one to two years of relevant experience

Knowledge of BMO products and services
Good verbal, written, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Use relationship management, customer insight, and collections expertise to support informed payment decisions for BMO customers.
