Support Welltower employees with hardware, software, and Help Desk systems during a ten-week internship focused on practical IT experience. Assist with technical issues while contributing to automation and reporting initiatives.
As an Information Technology Support Intern, you will provide first-response assistance and resolve employee technology problems. You will diagnose issues, manage tickets, install equipment, and support IT staff with process improvements. The internship also includes opportunities to help build creative automation solutions and develop reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: Provide first-response technical assistance to Welltower employees
Diagnose, research, and resolve hardware and software issues
Track, manage, and resolve tickets using Help Desk software
Install and configure computers, printers,



phones, and peripherals
Support automation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
Requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field
Prior IT, Helpdesk, or related internship experience preferred
Experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, printers, and Apple iOS
Proficiency in SQL; MySQL or SQL Server experience is a plus
Independent learning and proactive problem-solving approach
Build hands-on IT support experience at Welltower while developing skills in troubleshooting, SQL, automation, and reporting.
