Support individuals in Abbotsford by creating a home-like environment and prioritizing safety, well-being, and personal development. This temporary position runs Wednesdays through Sundays, 3pm to 11pm.
As Community Support Worker #693 at Bradner Home, you will build warm, personal relationships with individuals living in the home. You will encourage development according to each person’s abilities and desires. The position also welcomes active participation from parents, siblings, and friends in each individual’s life.

Prioritize individual safety and well-being at all times
Requirements: Clear criminal record check through required ministry channels
Adult Care or Community Care First Aid and CPR
Food Secure certification
Valid Class 4 or 5 driver’s licence preferred
Current favorable driver’s abstract and supervisory references
Bring relationship-building, safety, and individual-support skills to the temporary Community Support Worker assignment at Bradner Home.
