The Leasing Specialist serves prospective residents through the rental process. This position requires sales experience, strong communication, and computer literacy. You will coordinate appointments, present property features, and complete rental applications while maintaining accurate records and exercising discretion with sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities: Set up open houses for prospective residents
Book appointments by telephone and online
Show properties, amenities, features, and benefits
Complete rental application paperwork and credit checks




Conduct follow-up calls and maintain commission records
Requirements: Two years of direct sales experience
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Solid organization, judgment, flexibility, and discretion
