Key Responsibilities: Provide technical and administrative support to technicians
Maintain service quality and assist with shop-floor jobs

Monitor technician performance and provide motivation and counselling
Review repair orders for complete, accurate information
Requirements: Licensed 310T Technician with certification
Good communication skills and positive work attitude
Quality-driven approach to service operations
Software and computer proficiency; SAP experience is an asset
Valid driver’s license and valuable driving record
