This full-time position helps Sales Operations and Commercial teams maximize sales technologies and reporting solutions. You will support Power BI, dashboards, data validation, Microsoft Copilot adoption, user training, and new solution rollouts. The role also maintains data definitions, guides, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities: Support Power BI and business intelligence solutions
Define reporting requirements and success metrics
Analyze sales and customer data for decisions
Develop training materials and user guides
Support AI, automation, and productivity tool adoption
Requirements: Two to five years in business systems or related work
Experience with reporting tools and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with SQL or data analysis concepts preferred
Exposure to Microsoft Copilot preferred
Use sales analytics, Power BI, and technology adoption skills to support Cooke’s commercial users and reporting capabilities.
