Drive reconciliation and transaction processing for Sun Life’s investment operations, applying accuracy, detail, and deadline management in hybrid work. Support dependable client service.
This Analyst partners with Portfolio Management, Product, and Institutional leaders while supporting the Investment Operations Support team. You will manage operational workflows for the ETF mandate and process moderately complex transactions. The work requires transparent communication, analytical thinking, and practical risk awareness.
Key Responsibilities: Perform daily reconciliation and settlement activities
Support trades and deliver the PCF consistently
Monitor corporate actions and assess operational responses
Provide quality support to internal and external clients
Identify risks,



improvements, and efficiency opportunities
Requirements: Three to six years of investment operations experience
Relevant degree in business, math, technology, engineering, or related discipline
Knowledge of financial asset classes and FoF structures
Experience with data quality workflows and third-party tools
Strong written communication, organization, and attention to detail
Use reconciliation expertise, financial markets knowledge, and disciplined execution to strengthen Sun Life’s investment operations support.
