Support Johnson Electric production systems onsite in Stratford, Ontario, using mechanical troubleshooting and industrial maintenance expertise. Work schedules include days, afternoons, evenings, continental shifts, and weekends.
This Millwright position supports production equipment and facilities within quality, environmental, safety, and production standards. You will repair, refurbish, install, debug, and start up CNC, PLC, robotic, and automated assembly equipment. The work includes planned maintenance, breakdown response, documentation, and equipment improvements.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain, repair, refurbish, and support production equipment
Install and start up modified automated assembly equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical systems, tooling, and production systems
Complete planned maintenance and emergency breakdown repairs




Read drawings, schematics, manuals, and equipment documentation
Requirements: Secondary School Graduation Diploma or equivalent
One to five years industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing
Hands-on mechanical assembly, repair, and preventative maintenance skills
Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and basic electrical systems
Solid troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Apply mechanical maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills supporting Johnson Electric manufacturing operations in Stratford, Ontario.
