Vault Credit Corporation is seeking a Sales Manager / Sales Coach-Trainer for its Working Capital team in Montreal. You will train and motivate the sales group, build tools and documents to elevate performance, and leverage AI to streamline processes, reporting and quality checks.
You will backfill the Toronto sales manager when needed, drive onboarding and coaching, and manage day-to-day activities on the sales floor with a solid emphasis on data-driven improvements and compliance.
