Apply oral hygiene knowledge and periodontal assessment skills as a Part time Dental Hygienist scheduled Mondays from 12pm to 8pm. Specified availability is essential.
In this position, you will examine gums, use probes to locate periodontal recession, and identify signs of gum disease. You will review medical histories, assess oral health concerns, and record findings supporting dentists’ diagnosis and treatment. The work also includes X-ray procedures, preventive agents, and instrument care.
Key Responsibilities: Use probes to examine periodontal recessed gums
Identify gum disease, sores, and dental health issues
Check lymph nodes for oral cancer indications
Record disease and decay for dentist diagnosis
Work with dentists and dental assistants
Requirements: Knowledge of oral hygiene and dental health
Able to operate an X-ray machine
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
Comfortable completing varied computer tasks
Available Mondays from 12pm to 8pm
Bring periodontal examination, oral disease recognition, and dental documentation skills to support thorough patient care and treatment.
