As Senior Project Manager, you will support the Reducing Hospitalization transformation project within the Business Planning Office. The work connects project management, performance management, change management, and analytics across THP. You will translate strategic priorities into coordinated execution and measurable progress.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate complex, multi-year projects across clinical and enabling portfolios
Develop governance tools, standards, and reporting structures
Align planning cycles, performance processes, and project execution
Translate THP’s Plan to 2030 into project milestones




Prepare executive-ready briefing notes, presentations, and reports
Requirements: Undergraduate degree in a relevant business or health discipline
Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
At least four years of progressive healthcare project management experience
Experience tracking goals, risks, milestones, and performance indicators
Robust analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Apply project management, analytics, and healthcare transformation expertise to improve system-wide outcomes through Reducing Hospitalization.
